Role Summary: The Field Research Coordinator is a crucial role responsible for overseeing the work of the Research Field Experts and ensuring that data collection happens accurately, efficiently, and in alignment with the project goals. This position acts as the bridge between the research team and the field team, ensuring that the vision, importance, and methodologies of the study are clearly understood by everyone involved. The Field Research Coordinator will provide leadership, training, and problem-solving support to the field team, helping to build their capacity while fostering positive relationships with school staff and ensuring the smooth execution of fieldwork. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership & Capacity Building Supervise and provide day-to-day guidance to the Research Field Experts, ensuring they are motivated and focused on their responsibilities.
